Mount Eliza is one of the gems of the Mornington Peninsula region – an affluent gateway to the peninsula with many parks and beaches accessible to its population of around 20,000. Our Mount Eliza practice also serves the neighbouring communities of South Frankston and Mornington and is due to be expanded in the near future.
The Mornington Peninsula is a popular destination for pensioners, retirees and in the past 10 years, young families have been moving into the area as popular suburbs such as Oliver’s Hills, Mt Eliza, Red Hills and Mt Martha. A high proportion of the demographic of the area is British and European immigrants. With some of Victoria’s best schools in the area and easy access to Melbourne, this is an area that will only grow in popularity.
